OBJECTIVES AND TASKS OF THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MUSIC AND ARTS: preservation and development of traditions of multinational culture of the Russian Federation and foreign countries; The identification and full support of the most talented and promising children and young people in the field of the arts; Attracting children's homes, children with disabilities to the creativity of pupils; Exchange of experience between collectives, leaders and teachers, support of permanent creative contacts between them, their unification in the framework of the festival movement; Increase of professional skills of heads of collectives and teachers (holding seminars, round tables and master classes); Attracting attention from state, international, commercial and public organizations to the problems of creative teams and performers; Coverage of the creativity of children and youth in the media. Implementation of the decree of the President of the Russian Federation "On approval of the foundations of the state cultural policy" No. 808 of December 24, 2014.


I. DANCE CREATIVITY: folk dance, stylized folk dance, pop dance, show groups, modern dance, modern, jazz-modern, free plastic, hip-hop, break dance, children's dance, ballroom dance and ballroom dance, classical dance (solo, Duets, small forms and ensembles).

II. VOCAL CREATIVITY: classical, folk (folklore), variety, jazz, choral, show groups (solo, duets, trios, ensembles, choirs). 

III. INSTRUMENTAL CREATIVITY: classical, variety, folk, jazz, accompaniment, general piano, teacher-soloist (solo on various instrument), ensembles, orchestras.

IV. COMPETITION OF YOUNG COMPOSERS AND BARS. Purpose: to get acquainted with new trends and trends in art, to identify new talented composers, poets, and to promote their creativity.

V. THEATRICAL CREATIVITY: miniatures, excerpts from performances, excerpts from musicals, excerpts from ballets, artistic reading, puppet theater, musical theater, fashion theater.


VII. FINE ARTS: painting, graphics, photo art.

VIII. EXHIBITION OF APPLIED ART: sculpture of small forms in the interior, academic sculpture, jewelry art, sculptural and jewelry techniques: metal-plastic, cut-through metal, diffusion, hand-forging, casting, chasing. Carving on the bone, costume design, graphic design, batik cold and hot, free painting, heel and print, tapestry, remake art, collage, quilt, artistic felt, textile doll, hand-made paper, linocut, lithograph, woodcut, etching, , and others.

IX. COMPETITION COSTUME. SPECIAL PRIZES: Best national costume (2 minute show). The best creative number (2 minutes show). The best model (show in defile). The best stage costume (show in defile).

X. DEBUT. Children from 4 to 8 years are involved. 

For participation it is necessary to present one creative number with a total duration of 2-3 minutes.

AGE CATEGORIES. Up to 8 years; From 9 to 10 years; From 11 to 12 years; From 13 to 15 years; From 16 to 18; Over 18; Mixed group.

In the team of each age category, no more than 30% of participants younger or older than the specified age range are allowed. For example, in a team declared in the age category of 9-10 years, up to 30% of the composition may be less than 9 years old or over 10 years old.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT. Participants of all nominations can perform competitive works with live music or have audio tracks on a USB flash or CD in the audio format (WAV / WAVE or MP3), signed as follows: track title, collective or soloist's name (for example: " Russian Dance ", ensemble "Kalinka"). On the USB or CD-ROM there should be no other files, except the competitive program. The organizing committee has the right to place festival photo and video materials of collectives in the Internet and use them in advertising products without coordination with the collective or individual performer.

PROGRAM OF PERFORMANCE. Each team, participant of the festival competition, presents a program of performances consisting of two pieces with a total duration of up to 8 minutes. Collectives in the nomination "Theatrical Creativity" represent an excerpt from the play with a total duration of up to 10 minutes. Soloists and duets of the nominations "Variety Vocal", "Dance Creativity" represent one work with a total duration of up to 7 minutes. Soloists and duets of nominations "Instrumental Creativity" and "Artistic Word" represent one or two diverse works with a total duration of no more than 7 minutes. If the program of performance exceeds 7 minutes, the jury has the right to withdraw the participant from the competition. In the nomination "Fine Art" and "Exhibition of Applied Arts", participation is organized in the format of an exhibition that takes place during the contest-festival. Within one participation can be submitted from two to four works of size (for arts and crafts - grounds) 50x70cm or less.

JURY. The jury headed by the chairman is formed and approved by the organizing committee of the competition-festival of famous artists, teachers of creative universities, directors, leaders of creative teams, cultural figures and artists. The jury is not disclosed until the start of the competition-festival. At the end of the contest-festival participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss with the jury the contest performances and exchange opinions.

CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING PERFORMANCES AND AWARDING WINNERS. Competitive performances of participants are evaluated according to generally accepted criteria: technical mastery (according to nomination and age), artistry, complexity of repertoire, creation of artistic image, etc. 

PRIZES AND AWARDS. All collectives, participants in the festival competition, and soloists are awarded memorable cups and diplomas. In each nomination and age category, the titles of Laureate I, II, III degrees, as well as the titles of Diplomant I, II III degrees are conferred. Soloists, holders of the Grand Prix, are awarded a free trip to one of the contest-festivals in Europe or Russia; Collectives, owners of the Grand Prix, receive a certificate approved by the certificate, which can be used to travel to one of the festival-competitions in Europe or in Russia. The amount of the grant is used at a time, solely for payment not more than 50% of the cost of the trip. Special diplomas and titles were also established: "Best choreographer", "Best accompanist", "Diploma for Artistry", "Diploma for the youngest participant", "Best teacher", "For the preservation of national cultural traditions".

Master class in folk dance

During the master class, the contestants will get acquainted with the rich heritage of their native country, learn the peculiarities of the ethnic warehouse of the Russian culture. Participants will immerse themselves in the atmosphere of Russian folk dance, learn the professional "tricks", which will be a significant contribution to the knowledge base of young dancers.

Master class on variety vocal

On the master class on vocal, young artists will learn the subtleties of the variety manner of sound production and the peculiarities of variety stylistics. Within the framework of the lesson, the basic principles of the pop production will be discussed. In a comfortable and friendly atmosphere, under the guidance of a professional performer, singers will be able to better understand themselves, their voice and find original vocal solutions for the development of their musical career. 

Master class on contemporary dance

Practical lesson on modern dance will be an excellent addition to the already existing choreographic base of the artist. In modern dance it is extremely important to be aware of the latest trends and actual dance practics. Visiting the master class on contemporary choreography, young dancers will be able not only to adopt the rich experience of a professional, but to bring fresh solutions to their own dance aesthetics.

Master class on arts and crafts

The variety of modern techniques of decorative and applied art allows the young creator to choose a direction appropriate to his creative interests. Cognition of contemporary arts and crafts expands the horizon of the child and creates solid basement for the development of creative abilities, imagination, the ability to think outside the box and generate ideas.

Master class on instrumental creativity

Take the opportunity to enrich your professional experience by interacting with brilliant instrumentalists of Russia and abroad. The master class will deal with the following topics: the development of musical abilities in different periods of study, the interpretation of musical works, musical training, as a way of developing common abilities and other topics relevant to instrumentalists. Within the framework of the master class, individual consultations on the repertoire and technique of execution are possible. *

Master class on acting

An artist in any genre must know how to properly present themselves on the stage. At the master class on acting skills, participants will receive valuable recommendations on the development of confidence during the performance. Contestants will be given modern material on theatrical plastic and speech, the technique of inclusion in the role and methods of interpreting the character.

The price includes: participation in the competition and master classes, accommodation in hostels and hotels. Arrival of participants from 14.00, departure until 12.00, breakfast for the program COMFORT, excursion program, transfer from the railway and bus station (on the festival dates).

Transfer hotel-concert hall-hotel is charged additionally: from 150 rubles per person.
The group transfer for participants is organized according to the schedule: in the morning, departure to the concert hall, in the evening - return to the hotel. Participants are personally liable for late / non-appearance at the time of transfer; money for the missed flight will not be returned.

* Participation in two or more nominations is paid:
- for soloists and duets - 2900 rubles,
- for other participants - 1000 rubles per person, but not more than 12,000 rubles from the team
- participation in the exhibition - 1000 rubles per person.
Cost is indicated for one additional nomination.
If a participant performs solo / as a duet, or as part of an ensemble, the main nomination is an ensemble. Solo / duet performance in this case is an additional nomination.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS FOR COLLECTIVES FROM ST. PETERSBURG (excluding accommodation, food, transfers and excursions):
Registration fee for participation:
- for soloists and duets 2900 rubles
- for the other participants 1000 rubles per person, but not more than 12 000 rubles from the team
- participation in the exhibition 1000 rubles per person
Under the conditions of local participants, teams and soloists residing in the city of the competition or nearby settlements (no more than 150 km from the city of the competition) are accepted.
When submitting an application for a contest, each team, as well as each age group, must provide a family list of the team / age group indicating the exact age of each participant at the time of the performance.


Sightseeing tour around St. Petersburg (duration about 3 hours).

Participants of the festival will get acquainted with the history of construction and development of the Northern capital for three centuries. Guests will see the main sights of St. Petersburg: Nevsky Prospekt, Strelka of the Vasilievsky Island, the building of the Kunstkamera and the University, the Palace Square and the Winter Palace, the Admiralty, St. Isaac's Cathedral and the Bronze Horseman, the Mariinsky theater, the Kazan Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on the Blood, the Field of Mars, Peter and Paul Fortress, mosque, cruiser "Aurora". As part of the tour, there are several stops for taking photographs. Visiting museums is not included in the excursion.

1) Excursion to Pushkin
A country excursion to the city of Pushkin (Tsarskoe Selo), where you will visit one of the most elegant and richly decorated palace - the residence of the Empress Catherine the Great, where the famous Amber Room is kept.
2) Pavlovsk
The tour begins on the road to Pavlovsk with a story about the era of Paul I - one of the most mysterious emperors on the Russian throne. The Pavlovsky Palace is famous for its very serious damage to the Great Patriotic War, but it was completely restored.
3) Gatchina
One of the most peculiar suburbs of St. Petersburg. The center of the Gatchina is the palace and the park. Built in the form of a secluded castle, it rises above a quiet water surface, subjugating the surrounding landscape. Nowadays the Gatchina Palace is a museum.
4) Peterhof
Excursion to Petergof begins in the city, where on the historical Peterhof road there are such remarkable monuments of history and architecture as Dashkova and Sheremetyevs' estates, the monastery of the Trinity-Sergius desert and the Constantine Palace, which blossomed after the restoration. Upon arrival in Peterhof - an excursion to the Lower Park, after the excursion, free time for a walk is provided. Visit to the Great Peterhof Palace. The parks of Peterhof are laid by the order of Peter the Great. Peterhof called "Russian Versailles" and "The Kingdom of Fountains" - 180 fountains and 4 cascades.
