INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MUSIC AND ARTS

The poet Feodor Tyutchev wrote: "What a magical city is Prague! No city has left such a living memory in me. No city looks at the visitor with such wonderful, human-intelligent eyes. " You have the opportunity to visit the European capital, becoming a participant of the festival. To conduct traditional educational classes for our competitions, we invite foreign teachers, teachers of leading creative schools and conservatories, practicing artists from European countries, so you can get acquainted with current international practices and enrich your stock with unique knowledge. The historical and cultural richness of Prague deserves many hours of conversation. However, we strongly recommend you to visit the city in the history of which the destinies of David Black and Franz Kafka, Yaroslav Gashek and Julius Fucik are intertwined.

OBJECTIVES AND TASKS OF THE INTRNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF MUSIC AND ARTS: preservation and development of traditions of multinational culture of the Russian Federation and foreign countries; The identification and full support of the most talented and promising children and young people in the field of the arts; Attracting children's homes, children with disabilities to the creativity of pupils; Exchange of experience between collectives, leaders and teachers, support of permanent creative contacts between them, their unification in the framework of the festival movement; Increase of professional skills of heads of collectives and teachers (holding seminars, round tables and master classes); Attracting attention from state, international, commercial and public organizations to the problems of creative teams and performers; Coverage of the creativity of children and youth in the media. 

NOMINATIONS 

I. DANCE CREATIVITY: folk dance, stylized folk dance, pop dance, show groups, modern dance, modern, jazz-modern, free plastic, hip-hop, break dance, children's dance, ballroom dance and ballroom dance, classical dance (solo, Duets, small forms and ensembles).

II. VOCAL CREATIVITY: classical, folk (folklore), variety, jazz, choral, show groups (solo, duets, trios, ensembles, choirs). 

III. INSTRUMENTAL CREATIVITY: classical, variety, folk, jazz, accompaniment, general piano, teacher-soloist (solo on various instrument), ensembles, orchestras.

IV. COMPETITION OF YOUNG COMPOSERS AND BARS. Purpose: to get acquainted with new trends and trends in art, to identify new talented composers, poets, and to promote their creativity.

V. THEATRICAL CREATIVITY: miniatures, excerpts from performances, excerpts from musicals, excerpts from ballets, artistic reading, puppet theater, musical theater, fashion theater.

VII. FINE ARTS: painting, graphics, photo art.

VIII. EXHIBITION OF APPLIED ART: sculpture of small forms in the interior, academic sculpture, jewelry art, sculptural and jewelry techniques: metal-plastic, cut-through metal, diffusion, hand-forging, casting, chasing. Carving on the bone, costume design, graphic design, batik cold and hot, free painting, heel and print, tapestry, remake art, collage, quilt, artistic felt, textile doll, hand-made paper, linocut, lithograph, woodcut, etching, , and others.

IX. COMPETITION COSTUME. SPECIAL PRIZES: Best national costume (2 minute show). The best creative number (2 minutes show). The best model (show in defile). The best stage costume (show in defile).

X. DEBUT. Children from 4 to 8 years are involved. 

For participation it is necessary to present one creative number with a total duration of 2-3 minutes.

AGE CATEGORIES. 

Up to 6 years; from 7 to 8 years; from 9 to 10 years; from 11 to 12 years; from 13 to 15 years; from 16 to 18; from 19 to 25; over 25 years old; mixed group.
In the team of each age category, no more than 30% of participants younger or older than the specified age range are allowed. For example, in a team declared in the age category of 9-10 years, up to 30% of the composition may be less than 9 years old or over 10 years old.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT. Participants of all nominations can perform competitive works with live music or have audio tracks on a USB flash or CD in the audio format (WAV / WAVE or MP3), signed as follows: track title, collective or soloist's name (for example: " Russian Dance ", ensemble "Kalinka"). On the USB or CD-ROM there should be no other files, except the competitive program. The organizing committee has the right to place festival photo and video materials of collectives in the Internet and use them in advertising products without coordination with the collective or individual performer.

PROGRAM OF PERFORMANCE. Each team, participant of the festival competition, presents a program of performances consisting of two pieces with a total duration of up to 8 minutes. Collectives in the nomination "Theatrical Creativity" represent an excerpt from the play with a total duration of up to 10 minutes. Soloists and duets of the nominations "Variety Vocal", "Dance Creativity" represent one work with a total duration of up to 7 minutes. Soloists and duets of nominations "Instrumental Creativity" and "Artistic Word" represent one or two diverse works with a total duration of no more than 7 minutes. If the program of performance exceeds 7 minutes, the jury has the right to withdraw the participant from the competition. In the nomination "Fine Art" and "Exhibition of Applied Arts", participation is organized in the format of an exhibition that takes place during the contest-festival. Within one participation can be submitted from two to four works of size (for arts and crafts - grounds) 50x70cm or less.

JURY. The jury headed by the chairman is formed and approved by the organizing committee of the competition-festival of famous artists, teachers of creative universities, directors, leaders of creative teams, cultural figures and artists. The jury is not disclosed until the start of the competition-festival. At the end of the contest-festival participants and teachers have the opportunity to discuss with the jury the contest performances and exchange opinions.

CRITERIA FOR ASSESSING PERFORMANCES AND AWARDING WINNERS. Competitive performances of participants are evaluated according to generally accepted criteria: technical mastery (according to nomination and age), artistry, complexity of repertoire, creation of artistic image, etc. 

PRIZES AND AWARDS. All collectives, participants in the festival competition, and soloists are awarded memorable cups and diplomas. In each nomination and age category, the titles of Laureate I, II, III degrees, as well as the titles of Diplomant I, II III degrees are conferred. Soloists, holders of the Grand Prix, are awarded a free trip to one of the contest-festivals in Europe or Russia; Collectives, owners of the Grand Prix, receive a certificate approved by the certificate, which can be used to travel to one of the festival-competitions in Europe or in Russia. The amount of the grant is used at a time, solely for payment not more than 50% of the cost of the trip. Special diplomas and titles were also established: "Best choreographer", "Best accompanist", "Diploma for Artistry", "Diploma for the youngest participant", "Best teacher", "For the preservation of national cultural traditions".

The registration fee for participation in the festival: 
70 euro from the soloist, 
28 euro from the member of the collective (but not more than 500 euro from the collective) 
20 euro from the participant in the nomination of decorative and applied creativity.

For organized groups there is an offer: 10 + 1 free.

The cost of the tour includes: bus service according to the program, excursion service under the program, accommodation in 3 * hotels in Prague, 2 and 3 bed rooms with private facilities, breakfasts and dinners according to the program.

Paid additionally: air tickets, registration of the visa, insurance, travel in public transport, additional excursions, additional food (lunches).

The cost of additional meals (lunches) in the Czech Republic - 10 € per person.

In the application it is necessary to specify: the full name of the collective (soloist); nomination; the institution in which the collective is based, its postal address (with the index), tel./fax; date of creation of the collective, honorary title, awards; number of participants and their age; Competition program: title, author, timekeeping, phonogram carrier, technical means; Full name of the head of the team, contact phone numbers. For foreigners: the need for additional meals or excursions and information about the time of arrival.
